Core Values
Accountability
Being responsible for your own actions is at the center of one’s attitude. No matter the consequence, whether that be good or bad, I am constantly learning from the mistakes and experiences I have. By doing so, an understanding and intent attitude is built.
Ambition
The energy and drive put in to achieve a specific goal is powerful. Thoughtful reflection and planning are often associated with the intent of achieving a goal, creating the opportunity to grow and learn.
Balance
There will always be something more to do but at the same time, there must be a stopping point. Life can get chaotic as responsibilities continuously pile up. Taking a step back and calming the mind can bring relief, shine light on new perspectives, and most importantly, foster a better overall health.
Experience
From everyday routines to exploring new things, there is always something that can be learned. Lessons encountered throughout life has and will continue to shape the person I am: my perspective, my character, my identity.
Perserverance
The determination to keep going despite any hurdles or challenges is what builds a strong character. Rather than seeing hardships as roadblocks, they are learning experiences that allow for personal growth.
